Initiate Your Request
Contact our dedicated customer support team via email or phone within 30 days of your delivery date to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box to prevent processing delays.
Ship Items Back
Send your return to our fulfillment center using a trackable shipping method; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged.
